About the Artist
Rachel is a creator living in wild and wonderful West Virginia. She has lived in her old farmhouse with her wife, Sarah, for years now. Rachel left the city for the edge of the woods to bring her closer to both her family and the natural world. Her work focuses on the intersection of the everyday and the surreal. She creates whimsical paintings often focused on personal growth and societal issues. Described through natural elements. Growing up in a remote area, she quickly learned that having a vivid imagination made for more exciting adventures.
